The SEIS helpdesk is unable to assist with questions related to the following:
- SEIS Usernames/Passwords (Forgotten usernames/passwords, users being locked, etc.)
- Management of Provider Caseloads (Adding students, removing students, etc.)
- IEP Form Content (What information to enter in on IEP forms, what code to use, etc.)
- Local Procedures (What forms to use, who to contact, timeframes, etc.)
